These terms of business replace all previous versions. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time without notice. Such changes made to these terms will take immediate effect. These terms are an agreement between you and Next Day Flooring UK. By making any transaction with us you are deemed to accept these terms in full.

“You” refers to you the visitor and/or customer.
“Website” refers to this website (www.nextdayflooringuk.co.uk).
Next Day Delivery
Orders placed Monday to Thursday before 12:30pm will be delivered the next working day. Orders placed on a Friday before 12:30pm will be delivered on the following Monday. Orders places after 12:30pm on a Friday or at any time on a Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on the following Tuesday. Orders placed on bank holiday Mondays and Easter weekends will be delivered on the following Wednesday. Notification of delivery changes over the Christmas period will be published when confirmed.
In some instances orders placed after 12:30pm may be delivered next day. We do not however offer any guarantee that orders placed after this time will be delivered next day.
Should you require your delivery to take place on a specific date we advise the you inform us of this at the time of ordering by using the notes/comments section of the checkout, delivery will otherwise be arranged for the earliest possible date.
We are unable to confirm or request a specific time of delivery. We do not deliver on weekends or bank holidays.
Next day delivery is subject to stock. We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries as the carriage of goods is by a third party and as such is out of our hands. In the unlikely event of a failed delivery we will endeavour to have the goods delivered on the next working day. In the unlikely event that your required goods are out of stock of that there is insufficient stock to fulfil your order we will contact you at the earliest possible convenience to enable you to either re-select or cancel.
Our next day delivery service covers most of the United Kingdom, however there are some exceptions; The North of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Devon, Cornwall, some parts of Wales and all United Kingdom islands. We are unable to keep an exhaustive list of exceptions. In the event that an order is placed with a delivery address located within and area where we are unable to extend our next day delivery service you will be notified in the first instance so that the necessary action can be taken.
All orders with a delivery address covered by our next day delivery service qualify for free delivery.
All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If there is no answer and nobody is available to provide a signature and the goods are taken away we reserve the right to levy a charge for re-delivery.
If goods are left upon your request without a signature we are unable to accept any liability for loss or damage.
Kerbside Only Deliveries
All deliveries are “one man” kerbside only deliveries. Delivery drivers are under no obligation to take goods into a customer’s property, this is entirely at their discretion. Suitable arrangements should be put into place prior to delivery.
Due to the size and weight of some floorcoverings it is necessary to use large vehicles to facilitate their delivery.
We reserve the right to deliver to the nearest suitable point of access and will not be held responsible for any failed deliveries brought about through lack of vehicular access. Suitable arrangements should be put into place prior to delivery.
We do not under any circumstances issue refunds on goods that are unable to be delivered due to lack of vehicular access.
As goods are delivered on a next day service they must be cut to size from the roll immediately. As a result of this we are unable to accept cancellations. However if you contact us by telephone within one hour of your order being placed or by email only if your order is placed after 5pm or at a weekend or bank holiday we will endeavour to stop the goods from being cut. We are unable to guarantee the success of this as systems are automated.
Refusal of Delivery
If delivery of the goods is refused without good reason we reserve the right to levy a charge for re-delivery.
We are unable to accept returns based upon change of mind as goods are cut to size, a free sample service is provided to ensure that all purchases are made in good faith. Returns will only be accepted if the goods are faulty.
Faulty Goods & Colour Matching
We strongly advise that all goods are thoroughly checked for faults before installation. Should any product be deemed faulty upon receipt it may be exchanged free of charge providing that the following course of action has been taken.
Goods that are damaged in transit should be signed for as damaged at the time of delivery on the carrier’s delivery note. You must then notify us of the problem by email as soon as possible. We will endeavour to arrange a replacement to be delivered as soon as possible and for the damaged goods to be collected. We will notify you when re-delivery and collection will take place. In the event that our carriers are unable to collect the goods on the arranged date a charge may be levied for their return.
If upon opening the goods a manufacturing fault is evident please contact us as soon as possible. We will endeavour to arrange a replacement to be delivered as soon as possible and for the damaged goods to be collected. We will notify you when re-delivery and collection will take place. In the event that our carriers are unable to collect the goods on the arranged date a charge may be levied for their return.
If after cutting into the goods or after fitting a manufacturing fault is evident you will be required to make a fitted complaint. Further information on fitted complaints would be provided at the time. This may involve a visit to the property by a representative from either our supplier, the manufacturer or an independent body.
Complaints relating to colour will not be accepted as free samples are available allowing you to inspect the colour of your chosen product before ordering. Please be aware that there may be slight variations between different production batches.
Whilst every effort has been taken to ensure that all photographs are representative of the actual goods we are unable to guarantee the representativeness of photographs due to various intractable variables such as differences in screen quality and settings which may cause images to appear differently on different devices.
Should you require multiple cuts of the same product to colour match please inform us of this at the time of ordering by using the notes/comments section of the checkout. We will endeavour to fulfil your request subject to sufficient stock being available. We will not be held responsible for multiple cuts not colour matching if no request is made at the time of ordering.

We strongly advise that you do not arrange a fitting date until you have received and checked your goods. We will not be held responsible for any loss incurred as a result of fitting being arranged before your goods have been received and checked.
